Wilton Fernandez has passed 1940's JBLC

Wilton Fernandez August 15, 1922 - February 26, 2016 Wilton was a loving, kind and funny role model, who kept in shape by dancing, cycling, running, golfing, swimming and working out. In addition to his career as a claims adjuster, he spent years as a lifeguard at Jones Beach and as a wrestling official. He was a WWII Marine Corp Vet, serving in the Pacific. He was a long time member of the San Joaquin Dixieland Jazz Society, where he met Barbara Baughman, his loving partner. Wilton will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him. This includes his five children: Jerri, Gail, Carole, Jill and Rob, his 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and his brother Jerry.
