Dear Members,
Last week the Office of the State Comptroller Payroll Services issued a payroll bulletin directing the applicable agencies to pay us according to the 2019 rates as published in the Division of Budget Bulletin issued back in March. This is the culmination of efforts by us, UUP, and NYSUT Legislative Affairs to make sure we came back to a raise. All of the raises are effective as of 4/4/19, and the paycheck on 6/12/19 will reflect the correct wages for the season. The retro is still slated to be paid out in August, and the date for the payment will be finalized in another payroll bulletin. As soon as that is finalized I will send out the definitive information.
