Dear Members,
Today I received a copy of the budget bulletin necessary for our raise and retro to be processed by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC). This is the first step in the process that will end with our hourly rates being raised by 8% for Summer '19, and the 2% retroactive payments for Summers '16; '17; and '18 getting paid out. The next step that needs to occur is for the OSC to generate a payroll bulletin which will give instructions to the regional payroll departments about the procedure to bring us up to date. When the OSC bulletin comes out and I have more information, I will be sure to email you all again. If you follow the link the bottom of the email, it will take you to the budget bulletin (d-1139) where you will see the correct wages for the six summers this contract covers.
