Alumni Mike Mundy has passed. Mike, a longtime resident of Tuscon AZ, worked at Jones Beach starting in 1964. Mike was a lifeguard in Rockaway prior to working at JB. Mike ran a famous lifeguard bar in Uniondale, called The Attic Lounge.
Mike is survived by his wife Diane. I do not have any other information at this time.
