Nov. 15 is the deadline for filing for a refund of your Agency Shop Fee with NYSCOPBA. In short, they used some of your dues to support political candidates of THEIR choosing. You can demand a refund of that portion of your dues used for that purpose. But you MUST file it by the 15th.
