Bucket and Buoy and Union Things

1) I agree with what Jim Rooney said about last weeks Bucket and Buoy. The article about the race was nice but it should have been shorter and something about what is going on about the retro pay should have been put into the B & B.
2) If Roy is not working right now (and good for him for standing up to the swim suit ruling), then should he even be writing the B & B?
3) I also say that if you are on the Executive Board or if you are a shop steward and you are not working that year, then there should be a special election for somebody to take your place for that year. Does anyone agree and can a rule for this be placed into our Constitution?

Tony;
Very good points, if you can attend the Shop Stewards meeting wednesday night July 11th. It's being held in the NYSUT building 500 Broadway in Jericho at 7:30 PM. The Constitution committee will be presenting thier report, and hopefully you'll be happy with the newly worked on Constitution. We'll see what comes out today in the Bucket & Bouy?
